CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
- Please note that if your order has already been
processed and given to shipper, shipping charges may apply for any
subsequent order change. Please review your order carefully - once
submitted orders may be processed at any time and can be shipped
almost immediately after processing.
NEW EQUIPMENT RETURN POLICY
- WE DO NOT SELL PRODUCTS FOR
EVALUATION.
- For all returns,
YOU MUST contact us via Email or Phone and receive a
Return Authorization Number
- All returns must be within 30 days
of purchase date or shipping date.
- Merchandise being returned by the customer,
that has been represented as in 100% condition when
the Return Authorization Number was requested is subject to
inspection. If the merchandise is not in 100% condition a
full refund
will not be given, we reserve the right to exchange or deny, merchandise credit.
- Defective Merchandise: We cover all our
products for manufacturer's defects up to at least 30 days from original
purchase date or delivery date for exchange. Some Items will be
warranted longer and stated on product descriptions. In all cases original receipt must
accompany the return.
- All original product packaging,
software, rebates, manuals, and shipping protection must be
included. The product cannot have any signs of wear,
alterations, modifications or abuse.
- We reserve the right to inspect all
returns.
SOFTWARE RETURN POLICY
- Software is returnable in un-opened
factory sealed condition only, returned within 30 days of purchase or
shipping date shipping charges are not refundable.

Defective Software: In the event that software media or
packaging is defective PPPC is bound by the software manufactures
policy, software will only be replaced at software manufacture or
venders
discretion, and for same item only.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
PRIVACY
- We have a strict
policy of NEVER selling any customer information (name, address,
credit card, phone number, email address or any other personal
information), to any individual or organization, unless instructed by court order.

SHIPPING
- If you have not done business with Performance
Plus PC before, a routine check is done to ensure that we are
delivering to your billing address of your credit card. For orders
placed that are not going to your billing address, or if you are not
the cardholder for that credit card, the transaction can be delayed as
we must verify the information. You may need to contact the issuer of
the credit card to authorize the transaction [they should be able to
put a notation on your account showing the alternate delivery address,
or the cardholder may need to specifically authorize the transaction
in advance].
- Sometimes it is more convenient to have items
delivered to a work address: if you prefer delivery to a work address,
it is very important that we have the business name shown on your
order, and the business phone number must be on the order as well. UPS
may not be able to deliver unless the address reflects the business
location's name in the address.
- PLEASE NOTE To help protect you,
we report all attempts of improper credit card use immediately
to the issuing credit card company, the Internet provider used when
the order was placed and if applicable your local law enforcement
authorities.
- Shipments are made from any of
our warehouses that have the particular items you need in stock. In
rare circumstances, an order can be shipped from multiple locations.
- We ship US Priority Mail with
Delivery Confirmation, FedEx or UPS , at our discretion, unless you
specify on the checkout page
- otherwise.
- Special shipping instructions
such as 2nd day, overnight, Saturday or holiday delivery, Federal
Express, etc., can be placed in the special instruction section of the
shopping cart. Any additional shipping charges, will be added after
shipping has occurred.
- Shipping and handling charges
for the 48 states is a minimum of $6.95 and is based on package
weight. The shipping charge is automatically calculated by the secure
shopping cart system.
- For all shipping charges over 5
pounds, additional shipping and handling charges apply. If you
provide a valid Email address or phone number you will be contacted
prior to shipment of merchandise for additional charges.
BACKORDERED ITEMS
- Your order is processed and charged to your
credit card when it is received. Those items which are temporarily out
of stock we will indicate this to you on your invoice or by
phone/e-mail. For items with long lead times, or for items which are
no longer available, you may be informed of alternates to your
selection. You may cancel a backordered item at any time with no
penalty as long as the item is not a special order [such as a duplexer
or antenna which requires special tuning or pre-programmed commercial
radio equipment]. For new items with high demand levels, order are
placed in queue and backorders are filled as "first in, first out"
priority.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Sorry we are not accepting
international orders at this time.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
- UPS: If the item is
obviously damaged, note this with the driver and refuse shipment. The
item will be returned and another sent at no additional charge. If
hidden damage is noted, contact UPS or FedEx within 3 business
days of delivery. They will arrange pickup. Once the item has been
received a replacement will be shipped. Note: To avoid
delays, we suggest that when returning damaged items, you contact our
customers service representatives via telephone or email, so that they
can alert the warehouse of shipping to the return.
- MAIL: It is the
customer's responsibility to file all loss or damage claims with the
shipping company.
- If you need assistance with a claim
with a shipper we may be able to assist you in these matters.
