At Performance Plus PC we do things differently than
other computer venders. Aside from using the best hardware

Heat is one of the most common enemies of computer components. Heat can destroy a modern processor (CPU) in
mere seconds if the CPU's fan were to fail. PPPC uses only high performance ball bearing fans
and cooling components.
Most of our computer cases will have at lease two fans, one intake one exhaust.
Most of our cases also have easily removable filters on the intake fan, to keep dust and dirt build up to a minimum in the case, and to allow easy cleaning. Dust can be another hazard for the circuit boards inside your computer, layers of dust and dirt
accumulated on printed circuit boards bridge contacts and
circuit traces, causing them to fail.
We use "Arctic Silver" compound on all CPU heat sinks for the best heat dissipation possible.
This is a relatively new thermal conductive compound that
increases the heat dissipation to the heat sink, for the best
heat transfer possible. The use of such cooling products from Thermatake, Coolmaster
and others are also used to maximize cooling efficiency.
Testing
We run each system through an arsenal of tests. Each
computer Performance Plus PC sells goes through the following
tests and has a printed copy of it's benchmarks and related
information.
- 24 hour burn in.
- Memory test
- CPU test 100% CPU load
12 hours
- Video - 3D/2D rendering frame rate
test
- Benchmarks - reconfigure and retest
if necessary.

The system only goes out the door if we are completely satisfied
that it is running at it's optimum performance level, and that
you will getting the highest quality and reliable product available.
Warranty
After the sale should your new computer have
a problem, Performance Plus PC offers on site warranty
coverage for two year, carry or ship in. Phone and email
support is available at no charge, for as long as you own the
computer.
